Terms of Sale

Please read the following terms relating to your gold sale:

1. You confirm that you are over the age of 18 and the gold is yours to sell.

2. You agree to post your gold using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will insure your parcel for the value of £500. Should you require it, you can insure your parcel up to the value of £2,500; please advise the post office clerk. If your gold sale exceeds £2,500 please contact us prior to sending your gold.

3. You understand that your gold will be weighed and tested and you will be contacted with a firm offer within 24 hours of us receiving your gold.

4. If you accept our offer, the transaction will be completed by either bank transfer or by cheque, payable to the person named on the application form. Cheque payments will be sent first class to the address provided on the application form.

5. If you do not wish to go ahead with your gold sale we will return your items via Royal Mail Special Delivery at no charge. Please note that the testing process can leave a residual mark on your gold item(s).

6. You confirm that the information you have provided is true and correct to the best of your knowledge.

7. We take considerable care to ensure our gold prices are accurate. However, we recognise that mistakes can occur and therefore we reserve the right to correct these when they happen.

By checking the terms of sale box on the gold sale form, you confirm that you meet all of the above criteria and therefore accept the terms of sale. If you have any questions relating to your gold sale please do not hesitate to contact us.
